We installed a complete 8.8 kW solar system across a pitched roof and garage using 20 Silfab 440-watt panels, positioned to maximize exposure while fitting the roof layout. The installation took three days, including mounting, wiring, and connecting to the Enphase inverter system. Working across both the pitched roof and garage required precise measurements and coordination to integrate the panels without affecting existing structures or the aesthetics of the home or garage.
The garage solar panels were connected to the main system, contributing to the overall output while maintaining clean lines on the building. Each panel was inspected and configured to the inverter for optimal performance. We used tools designed for rooftop installation and electrical setup, which allowed us to handle the combination of both roof and garage panels.
